Tonight DH and I got our Intelligentsia Black Cat coffee - whole bean - and boy was it awesome. Really awesome. The color was gorgeous, the taste smooth and rich. I made a french vanilla latte for myself, DH got a mocha and they were spectacular. Better than we have ever had in any Starbucks.
I still need to refine my technique for perfect tasting straight espresso - but man are we cooking with gas now. The only reason I'm not drinking one right now is because I do want to sleep sometime tonight.
