The last three weekends (at least) have been nonstop action for DH and me, so this weekend we decided that all we wanted to do was veg out... which we have more or less successfully done.
We went to a happy hour birthday celebration for two coworkers of mine Friday night, which was a little drama. I had my first (and probably last) Appletini (I totally got it just because of Zach Braff's character on Scrubs). It tasted way too sweet... like a Sour Apple Blow Pop. Meh. I like my G&Ts better.
I washed the NBC yesterday. It was a little chilly, but I had a lot of dead bugs on my hood that I just had to wash off. I told my dad that I wanted some high-end car wash stuff for Christmas, and he laughed. Considering that I've washed the NBC more times in 4 months than I have the Saturn in 9 years, I don't see what's so funny.
DH is finally finishing up the last section of the deck! That's pretty exciting!
Finally, I've been playing "Viva Caligula" on the Adult Swim website. It's sick - but it's pretty funny. Those darn commercials worked on me!
