Here's a neat/strange/weird article in the Washington post about hiring a shaman at Caneel Bay on St John to help balance your inner energy. Hmmm. On the one hand, I think it sounds cool and a little alternative perspective on life never hurt. Crying when I blow into a conch shell... that's a little much, even for me - which is saying a lot!
The rum punch part doesn't sound too bad though.
